Sobrang nakaka-happy makatanggap ng ganitong messages from my clients. 🥹 Hindi lang dahil successful yung transaction, pero dahil na-appreciate nila yung way na in-assist ko sila from start hanggang matapos.
Minsan kasi feeling natin trabaho lang naman natin ‘to — mag-assist, mag-follow up, mag-explain, maghanap ng best deal — pero for me, hindi natatapos yung pagiging agent ko once na-release na yung unit. I still make sure na I’m there to assist them even after-sales, especially kapag may questions, concerns, or anything na kailangan nila ng help with.
Kaya kapag sinabi sa’yo ng client na “I’m glad I chose you” or nire-recommend ka nila sa friends and family nila, iba yung feeling. 🥹 Kasi alam mong hindi lang yung unit yung na-appreciate nila, but also the service and the way you took care of them throughout the whole journey.
Nakakapagod minsan, pero messages like these remind me why I love what I do. 🤍
