Booking and Cancellation Policy
* A deposit fee of the applicable rate for the reservation of your travel date shall be required to guarantee each booking. This amount shall be credited to the client’s account.
* Payment of said amount may be in the form of cash, or G-cash payment.
* Any cancellation received within 3 to 7 days prior to departure date are subject for re-booking.
* Failure to arriv

e at the meeting place on the supposed travel date shall be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
* The VAN RENTAL reserves the right to cancel the booking which is not confirmed and guaranteed.
