❓Q:What is ECU Remap/Reflash
⭐ A: Remap/Reflash is to recalibrate/reprogramming your engine control unit(ECU) to gain more power and efficiency within safety limits. Gives you more pleasure driving and power to overtake while gaining fuel efficiency.
❓Q: Will the Casa detect this ECU-Reflashing
⭐ A: it will not, I tried on my Mitsubishi Utility Test software MUT3SE(Dealer Software) and ETACS software.
❓Q: Is it really safe on our engine?
⭐ A: Yes, Totally safe. Far from Max output of the car, Just drive normally it will not harm your engine, even on stock form of your car it could still break down if you don't drive it normally(means revving it out on the redline). Maintaining and driving the car depends on the owner. Even if you do not use the car it could still breakdown
❓Q: Is the increase on power will be felt? really?
⭐ A: Yes, defintely if you drive your own car daily. Unless you drive an Mitsubishi Evolution that is another story and whole diffirent thing.
❓ Q: You said it will be fuel efficient how come? When you add fuel and air into engine?
⭐ A: Yes, I will add fuel and air on higher portion of RPM's to make power,but on lower portion part of the RPM's I will do advance timing of injection of fuel so it will generate power and efficiency. So you won't push down hard on your throttle pedal anymore. (That's the technique of fuel saving)
❓ Q: Why did the manufacturer plant did not do this from the start?
⭐ A: Emission problems, in other country they are strict. Here in our country they are not.
❓ Q: Emission you say? Does this produce smoke a lot?
⭐ A: apparently yes and no or totally no, I can do custom tuning without smoke and ofcourse the lesser the smoke the lesser the power on full throttle only. I'll ask you first how you drive ur car to attain more fuel efficiency well this is my main concern, second is the power to overtake.
❓ Q: My car is not listed above, how come?
⭐ A: Xpander/Mirage/Lancer I can do this but we need to do it on dyno, my rough estimation is 8-12HP increase only because it does not come with turbo* it's your choice anyway.
❓ Q: Speaking of dyno, is it necessary?
⭐ A: Yes it is, Defintely. but if your budget not permits you, we can do street tuning however we don't know the exact figures of how much power that we gain. You'll just feel the difference.
❓ Q: I want to Avail how? Is the procedure the same with etacs?
⭐ A: Yes same reading and writing to your car but will take atleast an hour to do this and depends on the car status and I will do car inspection/calibration file review.
Always remember - Dyno is must to know the figures
