Despite the extensions, Maria Sofia Alcantara/John Carlo Corona Mariano repeatedly failed to make timely and consistent payments, violating our contract and causing unnecessary delays.

1. Unpaid Rent for September to October 2023 – The rent for this period remains unpaid, with no payment made despite numerous promises and attempts to resolve the matter.

3. Broken Promises – Despite signing a written agreement to pay the remaining dues at a Barangay Hall in Santolan, Pasig, no payment has been made. The address on the agreement was also incorrect.
4. Year-Long Evasion – Over the past year, we’ve received no payments and have been left with constant silence from the client despite multiple attempts to reach out.
5. Threats and Harassment – Throughout late 2023 and 2025, this client used harassment and intimidation tactics to avoid paying and demanded the removal of posts when we sought to raise awareness. These tactics have caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
