If Authorized Person :
1. OR/CR (photocopy)
2. Photocopy of 1 Valid Government Issued ID of REGISTERED OWNER with 3 specimen signatures.
3. Authorization Letter from a registered owner with signature.
4.1 Valid Government Issued ID of authorized person.
