Earlier, we showed the standard. Here is the actual work behind it.

After the cabin was painted, our team began professionally reinstalling the removed interior components. Every part is returned to its proper position before the unit moves forward.

Everything inside the cabin was removed before painting.

With the cabin paint completed, our team is now professionally reinstalling every component in its proper position. Each part is carefully fitted and checked before the build moves to the next stage.

This is the workmanship behind a properly rebuilt VMW unit, completed by trained staff at our Licensed DTI Rebuilding Center.

Fresh from Japan. Ordered for a VMW client. 🇯🇵

This is how the unit arrives before rebuilding.

It may look complete, but some structural sections are held only by temporary tack welds. It has not been properly assembled and cannot be driven safely on public roads.

That is why we collect it from our supplier’s yard using a flatbed.

Once it reaches VMW, the unit goes through proper inspection, alignment, structural welding, assembly, and mechanical and safety checks.

As a Licensed DTI Rebuilding Center, we follow the correct process from the moment every unit arrives.

The finished build begins with the work most people never see.
