Customer concern: Brake pulsation while braking.

Upon inspection, found excessive rotor runout and uneven rotor surface causing vibration through the brake pedal and steering wheel during braking.

Performed on-car brake rotor resurfacing (cutting rotors) to restore a smooth and even braking surface. This process removes high and low spots on the rotors, helping eliminate pulsation and improving braking performance.

✅ Improved rotor surface contact with brake pads

Hummer EV⚡️

Customer came in with the “Service Leveling System” warning message on the dash.

Performed inspection and found a leak coming from the auto leveling system module, causing the system to lose proper pressure and trigger the warning. Proper diagnosis is always important before replacing parts to make sure the root cause is identified correctly.

✅ Recommended necessary repair
