According sa balita, 130+ na negosyo na ang na-issuehan ng closure under the BIR Nationwide Oplan Kandado.

Pag-usapan natin kung ano nga ba ang OPLAN KANDADO?

Ang Nationwide Oplan Kandado ay isang campaign ng Bureau of Internal Revenue, kung saan pansamantalang isinasara ang isang negosyo na lumalabag sa National Internal Revenue Code of 1997 Section 115 at ang layunin nito ay hikayatin ang voluntary compliance at mapataas ang tax collection.

Sino ba ang direktang apektado nito?

Ang madalas na naapektuhan nito ay mga negosyanteng hindi registered, hindi nag-iissue ng sales invoice or resibo, at hindi nagdedeclare ng tamang sales.

Sa madaling salita, mga Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs ang apektado.

Pero, bilang isa ring negosyante, ito ang saloobin namin:

Marami sa mga maliliit na negosyo ang hindi naman tumatakbo para umiwas sa buwis. Ang totoo, marami sa kanila ang nalilito sa dami ng requirements, nahihirapan sa compliance, at walang sapat na kaalaman sa proseso.

Hindi naman accountant ang karamihan sa mga negosyante.
Hindi rin lahat ay makakayahang maghire ng bookkeeper or accountant, specially sa mga baguhan pa lang.

Nagnenegosyo lang naman sila dahil gusto lang nila ay magbenta, kumita nang marangal, makapagbigay ng trabaho sa ibang tao, at umunlad ang buhay.

Kaya bakit kailangan pa natin silang pahirapan?
Bakit parang ayaw natin ng pag-unlad?
Hindi na rin ako magtataka kung bakit nababansagan tayong
"Anti-progress country."

Ang tanong ko lang sa gobyerno, sapat ba ang suportang binibigay nyo sa mga maliliit na negosyo para ma-educate at mauunawaan nila ang napakakomplikadong requirements and compliances?

Kung ang sagot nyo ay hindi, then bakit hindi na lang natin hayaan ang mga negosyanteng magkeep ng records nila sa diskarte nila, as long as maprovide nila yung proof or documents na magpapatotoo sa sales, income, expenses, at mga taxes na binayaran nila.

Hindi yung kailangan ipa-register yung books, kapag hindi nakaregister, may penalty. Tapos kapag may tax mapping at na-tax map tapos hindi updated yung books, may penalty ka na naman.

Let simplify the process.
Huwag gawing kompliakado.
Mas maganda i-educate rin.

Simplifying the process is better than Oplan Kandado.
Let's encourage them to do business, hindi takutin, hindi pahirapan.

A prayer for a blessed month of 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬✨

Heavenly Father,
As we begin this new month of July, we come before You with grateful hearts. Thank You for Your faithfulness that carried us through the past months and for the gift of a brand-new beginning.

Lord, as we step into July, we ask for Your guidance. Direct our paths, lead us in every decision, and help us walk according to Your perfect will. When we face uncertainty, remind us that You already know the way. When we are afraid, fill our hearts with courage and peace.

Grant us wisdom to choose what is right, strength to overcome every challenge, and patience to trust Your perfect timing. Open the doors that are meant for us, and close every door that is not part of Your plan. May everything we do this month bring honor and glory to Your name.

Bless our families, our work, our health, and every dream we place in Your hands. Let this month be filled with Your favor, protection, and abundant grace.

Ipinapaalala ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na ang pagpapalawig ng bisa ng driver's license, conductor's license, student-driver's permit, at rehistro ng sasakyan, gayundin ang hindi pagpapataw ng multa para sa late renewal, ay hanggang 31 Hulyo 2026 na lamang alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-5157.

Pagkatapos ng nasabing petsa, ang mga expired na lisensya, permit, at rehistro ng sasakyan na hindi pa nare-renew ay sasailalim na sa umiiral na mga patakaran at kaukulang multa para sa late renewal.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng motorista at may-ari ng sasakyan na i-renew na ang kanilang mga dokumento bago ang 31 Hulyo 2026 upang maiwasan ang abala at mga kaukulang parusa.
