As City Mayor Hon. Salvador G. Escalante Jr. celebrates his birthday today, he shares a special gift not only for Cadiznons, but for artists across the country.

Healing is a universal journey of recovery, renewal, and moving forward. It can be personal or emotional, social or cultural, rooted in nature and communities, inspired by memories, Filipino culture, resilience, hope, recovery, or new beginnings.
