Joe's whipped up a 3.5" exhaust for an FD RX7 this week

Cat fitted for cert, along with a decat pipe

We fitted an ADRENALIN R magnum oval in the centre and reused the customers rear muffler and managed to get the noise down to 89db for noise cert with a bit of extra baffling inside the cat
limit on this one was 90db due to the year it was registered

Couple of small jobs ticked off on Calvin's S13
How cool is the gold flake engine bay

We moved the radiator 5" closer towards the engine to cover the viscous fan with custom lower rad mounts, a top duct and integrated mount, and custom coolant overflow tank

Then Mark removed the electric power steering from the boot and we swapped back to an engine driven pump, with a custom reservoir.

Next up we made up inner guards to keep all the track grime out of the engine bay

New baffled catch can with drain and plumbing back to engine, modified the rocker cover and powder coated bright red to match the car

Bonnet exit screamer,

Reinforced the clutch pedal mounting bracket and leveled the pedal to same height as brake pedal

And a couple of headlight mounting tabs,

Red and black powder coating thanks to Lance

We made up a new custom 56mm twin core, dual pass radiator with a simple shroud to mount a new high cfm. fan

Along with a custom 5litre surge tank to suit the returnless fuel system, we made up a tank with mounts to fit under the car, and plumbed in a new Bosch pump

Then we've made up.a custom header back stainless exhaust system with a pair of. chambered ovals before the diff,
And topped off with an under drive crank pulley kit

We whipped up a tubular gearbox cross member, and some chassis mounting plates to suit the engine and breastplate
Along with a small notch in the firewall to clear slave cylinder, leaving plenty of room in the front of engine for radiator, fans, pulleys etc
