We offer a professional guard lip rolling and flaring service, liner remolding and trimming, as well as suspension component fitting including lowering spring and coil over stut install. -Lip rolling

*Note that the price varies depending on condition of previously rolled lips *Some cars may have additional charges. *Please keep in mind that paint can sometimes crack while re-shaping lips and flaring panels or guards. A successful roll is dependent on a number of factors, and can vary from vehicle to vehicle and may change if the vehicle: - -has uneven or very large spot welds around guard lip. -has any weak spots in the guard. -is an older vehicle. -has holes, grooves, seams or joins or variations in the structure of the guard lip. -has any rust, body filler etc under the paint. -has been modified or has had earlier panel repairs. All we need you to provide is a flat solid concrete or asphalt surface and a power point within 50 meters of where the vehicle will be parked. A fantastic morning over at
Tyre Owl checking out the new workshop and driving sim, while doing the lip roll on the rear guards of this S15.
With the softness of japanese panel steel from this era, you could just about fold them up with your hands once the panels warmed up.
We prefer to use our custom made guard rolling tool. With the right amount of pressure and heat, the lips folded up smooth and won't be cutting any tyres up now.

1999 Mercedes Benz SL 280 front guard lip repair and

First, I repaired the very deformed wheel arch lip by straightening it out smooth, then worked on the bulged-out panel where the tyre pushed on it while forcing the lip out of shape.
Then, I lip rolled both front wheel arches to get the inside lip folded up to allow ample clearance with the tire. I also did a little inner guard liner remolding, without cutting or putting holes in the plastic inner liner.
Now, with a lot more clearance, this Mercedes Benz is ready to tackle the Canterbury roads with ease.
