FGX XR8 Sprint tune remaps available!

This manual FGX XR8 is now running the factory XR8 Sprint engine calibration, unlocking the performance Ford gave the Sprint model from the factory.

The best part? The FGX XR8 and XR8 Sprint share the exact same engine and hardware, so the Sprint calibration is a genuine factory-style upgrade for the standard XR8.

This car now delivers:

* ⚡ 400kW overboost power figure
* 💪 650Nm torque
* 🚀 Sharper throttle response

Brand spanking new 2026 Ranger Tremor in today for a stack of FORScan coding 💻

We knocked out a bunch of those annoying factory niggles and enabled a few hidden features that Ford switched off from the factory.

Coding completed:

* Lane Assist Off/On memory enabled
* Auto High Beam Assist enabled
* Welcome chime disabled
* Door open chime disabled
* Sport Mode enabled
* Indicators as DRLs enabled
* Tyre temperature display enabled

No aftermarket parts required, just factory coding done properly.

Ford Barra BA–FGX ECU Remapping, Bench Flashing and standalone harnesses!

Available services starting from $350:
- PATS (Immobiliser) OFF — ideal for engine swaps or bypassing PATS faults.
- Fuel hardcut rev limiter.
- Torque limit removal.
- DTC (fault code) switch-offs — including catalytic converter related faults.
- Decel pops & bangs.
- Arab limiter (off-road/show use only).
- Turbo tune onto N/A PCM for +T Barra conversions.
- Ghost cam / lumpy cam overlap idle.
- Manual conversion calibration.
- ZF 6HP transmission tuning (vehicle required in person).

We configure ECUs on the bench for engine swaps and also do mail-order reflashing without needing the vehicle present. We can also turn your exisiting harness into a standalone setup for track cars, burnout cars, boats and whatever you’re engine swapping!

Another FG XR6 in for a little spice!

This customer wanted a custom flame tune which we have learnt how to do specifically for the Barra platform with PCMTEC software.

We configured the calibration to produce bangs and flames while keeping the rest of the vehicle drivability intact, fully flashed through PCMTEC.

Every tune we do is customised to suit the vehicle and setup.

This vehicle received:

-Decel fuel and ignition calibration for pops and bangs
-Ignition cut rev limiter
-Transmission tune to get the N/A ZF shifting a bit more nicely

⚠️ Ignition cut limiter is not recommended for daily driven vehicles. These tune setups place significantly more strain on engine components, particularly the valves and oil pump gears and as such are intended for off-road/show or motorsport use.

Full aftermarket headunit replacement for a customer’s BRZ that we will be installing

Customer got their roof racks we supplied fitted to their PY Ranger!
