My and Old Mrs at the time about earlier 1990's in Whangarei had Budget Tyres in town so started our only ever what we ever knew how of what they were but got a licensed and some cash a lot of loans for 2 week deals .
I left her and Whangarei and she took over being a lender and I sold my Ture shop and back to Christchurch for good times and a fresh Mrs.
Whangarei is still got some Cool mates there about 30 years away still Cool.
