The ci**rs available through this experience are premium, unbanded ci**rs produced for international clients before their own bands are added.
Depending on what you purchase, ci**rs can be prepared in bundles or individually in cellophane. Boxes may occasionally be available for purchase, but a cigar box is not included or guaranteed.
🏭 THIS ISN’T JUST A FACTORY TOUR
I’ve worked with this factory for several years and have an established relationship there.
The factory is relatively small, with around 50 employees, and produces ci**rs for companies in the United States and around the world.
I’ll personally walk you through the process, with help from the factory staff when needed.
Important: This is not a to***co-farm tour. We’re visiting the cigar factory and seeing the production process — from to***co leaf to finished cigar.
🕠 THE DAY
We leave San Juan del Sur at approximately 5:30 AM, travel to Estelí, visit the factory and humidor, have lunch, choose and prepare your ci**rs, and then head back toward San Juan del Sur.
The goal is to be back around sunset.

Nicaragua’s modern premium cigar industry really began taking off in the 1960s, when Cuban to***co growers and cigar makers came to Nicaragua after the Cuban Revolution, bringing generations of knowledge and to***co-growing traditions with them.
They found that places like Estelí, Condega and Jalapa had the soil and climate needed to produce exceptional to***co.
Today, Estelí is one of the world’s great cigar-producing regions.
