Why do some people appear beautiful regardless of their looks?

Beauty, as most of us understand, is about the skin that covers the body, the shape that makes the body attractive and the arrangement of physical characters. What we do not understand is the beauty that lies within a person's heart. This beauty needs no definition because true beauty has no limits; it lies deep in the heart.

When we meet someone, initially, we may be drawn by their physical beauty, but what keeps the relationship going is the beauty of their heart. Some people may not seem very attractive initially, but after speaking to them and knowing their thoughts and ideas about life, we are drawn to them and want to spend time in their company.

Look after your physical body, but beautify yourself from within. Think well of others, be honest and truthful, hold to your values and be your real selves. You will feel beautiful, and others will find you attractive too.

One of the most challenging things that people often find is keeping their minds in the present and living in the now. When you are not in the moment, you are either living in your past that you cannot change, or you are living in your future that you cannot control. By doing this, you neither enjoy the moment you have nor feel happy with what you have.

Live this very moment; you only exist in this very moment. Whatever has happened in the past, good or bad, learn, cherish and move on, and prepare, plan and move on to whatever is about to happen.
