For those traveling down to Enugu or east this December,(since most cars must pass through Enugu city because of the spoilt artisan bridge in the expressway) as you are moving from chime avenue to independence layout DO NOT TAKE THE U-TURN AT THE NEW HEAVEN JUNCTION(as Their is no clear indication that you shouldnβt, it is a trap for motorists, take the ogui/fire service round about. MOT is seriously using new heaven junction to cash out(they will mislead you to even take the turn, like a trap for a prey), they will even deceive you that the fine is just 1k, but you should go to the office and pay, but immediately you get to the office, they will turn to hungry lions, and tell you that the fine is now 20 or 50k, do not follow them to the office under any circumstances.
