This is the secret behind your loss in 2024

Michael, my business has been growing rapidly until I add x to upsell due to my customers' demand.

After the three weeks, everything went haywire.

What is compartmentalization ?

=>> it is the division of something into sections or categories

As an SME, you need to be mindful of the maths behind your life as a business person because it affects your business subconsciously without you being aware.

I hate mathematics, but if I had known math would be my daily affairs, I would have studied it hard. Lol 😂

In business, we have the four major roads to get to our results

=>>Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Every time you meet someone in life, compartmentalize .

If someone comes into your life and makes you happy, joy, and smile.... Addition

Those who come into your life to argue, query you, and bring issues... Subtraction

Those who come into your life and you're excited, motivated, inspired to achieve more.... multiplication

Those who come into your life and your joy is reduced, car is damaged, you lose money.... division.

This is the stage where you set your priorities to addition and multiplication.

Business is done for profit and not for charity works.

Second Step....

You have started business,and you sell varieties of "Traditional street food like me," you need to separate those money.

Why? When losses start kicking in, you will notice early and find a solution to it.

For example, DDe Cś Kitchen When we were selling fried yam, plantain and potatoes, roasted yam, moi moi, akara and bread, fish, kpomo, beans and plantain in 2023

We have 5 sections for each money and separate savings accounts for each.

Do you know why? When any Loss kick in, we can indicate immediately.

This helped us notice season when Fried yam wasb Always on loss.

We had to shut it down and focus the energy on those that are more profitable.

If you still mix all your business money, you're wrong
