This is how critical and exacerbating the situation between Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Nigerian FG has gotten.
• The scripture says: Isaiah 57:21 - There is no peace, says my God, for the wicked.
• Again: Isaiah 48:22 - There is no peace, says the Lord, for the wicked.
Isaiah 33:1 - Ah, you destroyer, who yourself have not been destroyed, you traitor, whom none has betrayed. When you have ceased to destroy, you will be destroyed; and when you have finished betraying, they will betray you.
All you who are perpetrators of Injustice and Unfairness and Hostility, look at you, in the government offices, workplaces, church, your own so called establishment(s). You are not exnorated from the calamity that is to come on you! Alas!
Alas, Nigeria, a country plagued by injustice, bribery, corruption, wickedness, killings, cheating, and numerous atrocities, is in a state of high alarm.
If you are reading this, you must have seen several live videos of the incidents happening inside the courtroom where these so-called legal proceedings and rulings are being carried out. It is a shame on the Nigerian Federal Government and a big disgrace on the Nigerian Judiciary System, a body full of incompetent judges, and lawyers who claim to know the rule of law. In the matter involving Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they are a disgrace, and now everything is brought to light.
How can you convict someone of an offense that is not written in the constitution? How could you judge someone with a repealed law, with an offense not in existence, not spelled out in the Nigerian judiciary constitution?
Hence, he has submitted a "No Case Submission".
Yet, a so-called lawyer/judge is still there judging, accusing. This is highly abysmal. What a shame on the Nigerian judiciary system!
The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), provides that "the determination of cases should be done within a reasonable time and further that the delivery of judgment shall not be later than ninety days after the conclusion of evidence and final addresses, among other provisions."
Over six years since you apprehended this man of reputation, having tried him and found nothing to hold on to, yes you heard me right nothing offensive to the rule of law or constitution as there is no section of the constitution spelt out as to evidence the charge against him. What else are you trialling?
If not for the presence of wickedness, criminality, and injustice, and unfairness among you prosecutors and false accusers.
I am not here to please anyone nor to just criticize. No. I am here to speak out against matters of injustice, unfairness, and wickedness in the judiciary system of Nigeria and, as such, the Federal Government of Nigeria.
So many innocent people have been killed, massacred by bloody and cruel individuals who were supposed to be killed the same way. What justice have you made to avenge these persons killed in cold blood?
• What about the Unknown Gun Men? The Nigerian Federal Government with your full capacity can't you Fishout and apprehended these unknown gunmen and wipe them out????
• It is a shame that the Federal Government of Nigeria is here relaxing until this very time the President, Donald Trump, is feeling concerned about the rate terrorism in her own country before she can wake up with agitation, to shake up the soldiers to take scrutiny actions against terrorism and killings in the country.
• What about Deborah, who was killed and burnt by the so-called Muslim faith in 2022?
• What about the youths who came out to protest for in 2020 and were gunned down by military enforcements?
• What about those who committed criminal cases, who were brought to jail and were not supposed to be released, and an authority somewhere ordered their release?
So, someone is just talking and alarming on the rate of injustice and unfairness and wickedness and inequality and killings in the country and you FG if Nigeria, went and apprehended him and kept in prison for over 6 years just that he talked??? That's evidence of abrupt hatred!
How long will you, the Federal Government of Nigeria, continue this wickedness, unfairness, and injustice, yet try to cover up with the One Nigeria" slogan? You are a deceiver!
How long shall we look on while this nation goes down in shambles?
Nnamdi Kanu is a freedom speaker who has been speaking against injustice, unfairness, and wickedness of the Federal Government of Nigeria towards citizens, particularly South-Easterners. Release him. He has not committed any harm by speaking out.
• If this government is good to all and there is prosperity, food, shelter, easy education, adequate distribution of industry and infrastructure, adequate distribution of wealth, and adequate health system, ADEQUATE DISTRIBUTION OF SECURITY, PEACE, JUSTICE, FAIRNESS, among all; particularly to the South-East, don't you think everyone else will not have time to come out to start protesting against anything?
*** The fierce strength of Boldness and Confidence in speaking against Injustice and Unfairness and Hostility and Wickedness, as seen in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is what is needed in anyone who wants; to further ahead and success in Life. And is worth of Emulation!
