Toyota Camry Hybrid – Air-Cond Not Cold

🚗 This Toyota Camry Hybrid came to us because the air conditioning was not cold.

The customer initially asked us to simply top up the refrigerant.

After recharging the air-cond system, the cooling came back temporarily.

But the next day…

⚠️ The refrigerant was gone again!

This clearly indicated that there was a refrigerant leak somewhere in the air-cond system.

After further inspection, we found that the cooling coil was leaking.

🔧 To properly fix the problem, we replaced the cooling coil, then performed a vacuum test, recharged the refrigerant and tested the air-cond system.

The result?

❄️ Cold air restored
✅ Refrigerant no longer leaking
✅ Air-cond system working normally

💡 If your air-cond becomes cold after a gas recharge but stops cooling again shortly after, don't just keep topping up the refrigerant.

There may be a leak somewhere in the system.

Find the leak. Fix the problem. Then recharge the system.

【第一代 Perodua Myvi｜冷气时冷时不冷】

🚗 今天这辆第一代 Perodua Myvi 来到我们车厂，车主反映：

❄️ 冷气时冷时不冷
❄️ 停车等红灯的时候，冷气特别不够冷

经过检查后，我们发现 𝐀𝐢𝐫-𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 出现问题，导致 Compressor 运作不稳定。

🔧 我们先更换了 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡，解决冷气时冷时不冷的问题。

不过，车主还有一个问题——

🚦 车辆行驶时还可以，但停车的时候冷气不够冷。

进一步检查后，我们发现冷凝器散热方面需要改善。

因此，我们将原本的风扇更换成 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐚 𝐌𝐲𝐯𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐢 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 的风扇，以提升停车时的散热效果。

完成维修及测试后：

✅ Compressor 运作正常
✅ 冷气制冷恢复稳定
✅ 停车时的冷气表现明显改善

💡 汽车冷气不冷，不一定需要直接更换 Compressor。

有时候可能只是 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 出现问题；如果停车时特别不冷，也需要检查冷凝器散热及风扇的工作状态。

【Toyota Camry ACV40 | Air-Cond Not Cold Again After Just 2 Weeks?】

🚗 This Toyota Camry ACV40 came to us with an air-cond problem.

The customer had previously replaced the air-cond Compressor and Condenser at another workshop.

But after just two weeks…

❄️ The air-cond was not cold again!

The customer then brought the car to our workshop for further inspection.

After checking the air-cond system, we decided to replace:

✅ Compressor
✅ Condenser
✅ Air-cond System Flushing

Why is Air-Cond System Flushing important?

When there is contamination, old compressor oil or debris inside the air-cond system, simply replacing the compressor and condenser may not completely solve the problem.

We carried out a proper system flushing, replaced the necessary components, then performed vacuuming, refrigerant charging and system testing.

🔧 After the repair:

❄️ A-cond cooling restored
❄️ Compressor operating normally
❄️ Air-cond system pressure checked and confirmed normal

Problem solved! ✅

Air-cond problems are not always as simple as just replacing the compressor.

Proper diagnosis is important to identify the root cause and prevent the same problem from happening again.

🚗 今天这辆 Perodua Viva，车主因为冷气不冷来到我们维修厂检查。

经过详细检测，我们发现几个问题：

❌ 冷气压缩机（Compressor）已经出现异响，而且压缩能力不足。
❌ 冷凝器（Condenser）内部及表面积满污垢，影响散热效率。
❌ 冷气系统部分喉管出现漏冷媒（Gas Leak）。

这些问题都会导致冷气越来越不冷，甚至完全没有冷气。

为了彻底解决问题，我们为车主更换了：
✅ 冷气压缩机（Compressor）
✅ 冷凝器（Condenser）
✅ Suction Hose（吸气喉）
✅ Aluminium Liquid Tube（铝制液管）

更换完成后，我们重新抽真空、加入冷媒，并进行压力及制冷测试。

结果，冷气恢复正常，出风冰冷，系统运作稳定，车主终于可以安心驾驶，不再忍受炎热天气。

❄️ Toyota Hilux Gun125 Aircond Repair ❄️

Customer complained aircond not cold.
Inspection found the cooling coil leaking gas.

To replace the cooling coil, the dashboard needed to be removed carefully — a detailed and time-consuming process. 🔧

Water testing confirmed a hole on the old cooling coil, causing weak cooling performance.

✅ New cooling coil installed
✅ Aircond cooling restored

If your car aircond is not cold, get it checked before the problem gets worse.
