Dear KVK members,
After careful consideration and discussion among the committee, we have decided to revise our original Thailand convoy plan for this year’s Le Tour De Peninsular 2026.
Due to the recent situation at the border area as well as the increasing petrol costs for a longer overseas journey, we felt it would be more meaningful and enjoyable to focus this drive within our own beautiful Malaysia, with a short visit to the border town of Sungai Kolok for the experience and photo opportunity.
This new route still promises an amazing classic Volvo adventure together:
📍 Kuala Lumpur
📍 Cameron Highlands
📍 Kota Bharu
📍 Sungai Kolok (Thailand Border Town)
📍 Taiping
📍 Back to Kuala Lumpur
More importantly, the heart of the convoy remains the same which are friendship, heritage, good roads, good food, and unforgettable memories with our beloved classic Volvo ❤️
We truly hope all members will continue to support and join us for this special journey.
Participant Fee: RM500 per pax (twin sharing basis)
Inclusive of accommodation, event T-shirt & dinner.
