Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Assistant to support our IT department in managing hardware, software, and network operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of IT systems, basic networking concepts, and server administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
2) Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
3) Support basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
4) Assist in server management including basic monitoring and updates.
5) Help maintain inventory of hardware and software.

Qualifications:
