We are looking for responsible, skilled and team-oriented people to join our growing team.

🔧 1. SENIOR AC TECHNICIAN

Installation • Service • Troubleshooting

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Air Conditioning Installation & Repair
• Strong knowledge of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems
• Good troubleshooting skills for electrical, refrigerant and mechanical problems
• Experience with VRF/VRV systems is an advantage
• Chiller experience is an advantage
• Able to lead and supervise technicians at site
• Able to work independently and solve site problems
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Main Duties:
• Lead AC installation and service teams
• VRF/VRV & Split AC installation, testing and commissioning
• Preventive maintenance and breakdown repair
• Refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, charging & leak testing
• Compressor, PCB, inverter, fan motor, EXV and control troubleshooting
• Copper piping, brazing, pressure testing and insulation
• Prepare service reports and communicate with Engineers/Clients
• Guide and train junior technicians

🔧 2. AC TECHNICIAN

Installation • Maintenance • Repair

Requirements:
• Experience in AC installation or repair
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems
• Able to use AC service tools and testing instruments
• Experience with Split / Cassette / Ceiling / VRF systems is an advantage
• Willing to work at project sites
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and working attitude

Main Duties:
• AC installation and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repair
• Copper pipe installation, brazing & vacuuming
• Refrigerant charging and leak testing
• Drain piping and insulation
• Support testing and commissioning
• Follow safety and site procedures

📍 Job Locations: Yangon / Nay Pyi Taw
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience & technical skill
