Some news I’ve been hanging onto for a while… 🤫

This September, I’ll be heading to Romania to document the Australian team taking on the BMW International GS Trophy 2026. 🇦🇺🌍

It’s honestly a huge honour to be chosen to tell this story. The GS Trophy is one of the toughest and most iconic adventure riding events in the world, and I’ll have the chance to capture everything that goes into it. The training, the nerves, the camaraderie, the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

We’ll be riding the BMW R 12 GS (hellz yes), and over the past few months I’ve been training hard to make sure I’m ready for the long days behind the camera (and on the bike!).

I can’t wait to take you all behind the scenes and show what this incredible event is really like through my eyes. I think this is going to be something pretty special.

A massive thank you to for trusting me with this opportunity. I’m incredibly grateful, and I’ll be giving it everything I’ve got 💪

When you’re riding trails solo, you gotta prepare for the unexpected. Here’s why…

🌙 I was out filming a night trail run on the Insta360 X5 , getting some unreal low-light footage, when I smashed the front lens.

Normally, that’d be game over. No more 360 footage. But with the X5, the outer lens is replaceable. So I pulled over, did a quick trail-side surgery, swapped the lens out, and a few seconds later… I was back filming on the bike.

That’s the stuff I actually care about. Not just specs but whether gear survives real travel, real riding, and real mistakes.

The X5 copped a beating, I fixed it, and the adventure creation kept going.

👌 Remember: When the trail gets dark, flick the X5 to Pure Video mode and let it do the rest.

One year later and I’m finally in the full-time 🤘

2 rooms with 2 complete different vibes.

I wanted the editing suite to feel super warm and cozy. Many, many hours are spent editing, so I need this room to make me not want to ever leave… It’s working well so far.
I went full jungle cabin vibes. You know the “High Hide” from The Lost World Jurassic Park? That… but less wet.

Room 2 I like to call The Lab, but it’s a storage room also. A nice big chunky bench for prepping my gear and experimenting, shadow board for easy access and for the charging bay. 2 wheelie tool boxes with their own timber top for surface area expansion. The dream 😍

I’m still breaking the rooms in, moving things around and getting into a routine - but damn I love this space. It’s like I can feel my brain breathe easier.

Now to begin the workshop 😏

The pit bike I never knew I needed 👇👇

Each bike I own is well over 200kg… so jumping on something this light completely changes the way I can practice.

The Falcon GT weighs around 65kg including the battery, and punches out 16kW and 610Nm of torque… which is enough to light up the rear tyre in a heartbeat.

What surprised me most though wasn’t just the power… it’s how good this thing is for building confidence off-road.

Balance. Body positioning. Slow-speed control. You can push yourself way harder without the fear of dropping a 220kg ADV bike or hurting yourself in the process.

I’ve been using it to practice at the , and also slapped it on a took it out to Flinders Ranges to really unleash the beast.
