G-YACHTS is seeking an experienced and refined Head Chef for a 50-meter private motor yacht currently based in Istanbul, with the summer season planned in the Bodrum region.
Immediate availability preferred.

The Role
This position requires a culinary professional capable of delivering a consistently high-level dining experience within a demanding private program.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the galley, ensuring precision, organization, and discretion at all times.

Required Background
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head Chef on 45m+ private yachts
• Proven experience on high-expectation private programs
• Strong foundation in fine dining and contemporary cuisine
• Ability to design bespoke menus tailored to Owner and guest preferences
• Confident handling of dietary requirements and wellness-oriented requests
• Solid knowledge of provisioning strategy, food cost control, and inventory management
• Demonstrated longevity and strong references from previous Captains or Owners
