🔍 من بعد التشخيص والفحص اليدوي، لقينا السلك ديال الإنجكتور مقطوع 😮
والغريب فالأمر… السبب كان فار دخل للموتور وقطع الخيوط 🐭⚠️

✅ تم إصلاح الأسلاك المتضررة ورجع الموتور يخدم بشكل طبيعي 👌

⚠️ نصيحة: حاولو تراقبو المحرك من وقت لوقت، خصوصاً السيارات اللي كيبقاو واقفين مدة طويلة، حيت الفيران يقدرو يديرو أضرار كبيرة فالأسلاك.

🔍 After inspection and diagnosis, we found a cut injector wire 😮
Surprisingly, the damage was caused by a rat that chewed the wiring 🐭⚠️

🚗🔥 Honda Jazz – Engine Overheating Issue

The customer complained about repeated engine overheating ⚠️
After a full inspection, we found the radiator in very bad condition 😳
❌ Internally clogged
❌ Poorly patched before
❌ Even the hose was repaired with tape instead of a proper fix

🔧 We replaced the radiator with a new one and checked the entire cooling system ✔️
✅ Engine temperature returned to normal
✅ Cooling system working perfectly
✅ Customer left satisfied 👌

⚠️ Advice: Temporary fixes on the cooling system can lead to serious engine overheating and costly damage.

✔️ رجعات القوة ديال الموطور وخدمة طبيعية 💪

🛠️ النصيحة:
تنظيف Circuit d’admission و Capteur MAP بشكل دوري كيحافظ على الأداء وكيجنب استهلاك زائد فالكاربيرون.

🔍 من بعد التشخيص، تبين أن المشكل كان فـ السنكرو والتروس ديال الفيتاس 4 داخل البواط ⚙️
✅ تم إصلاح علبة السرعة وتبديل القطع المتضررة مع فحص شامل للزيت والمكونات الداخلية باش رجعات الخدمة ناعمة وطبيعية 👌

⚠️ النصيحة: أي صوت طحن أو صعوبة فالتبدال خاصها تدخل سريع قبل ما يتزاد الضرر داخل البواط

🚗🔧 Dacia Jogger – Réparation boîte à vitesses

❌ Bruit de broyage dans la boîte
❌ La 4ème vitesse passait difficilement
❌ Passage de vitesses dur et désagréable

🔍 Après diagnostic, le problème provenait du synchro et des pignons de la 4ème vitesse à l’intérieur de la boîte ⚙️
✅ Réparation de la boîte à vitesses avec remplacement des pièces usées et contrôle complet de l’huile et des composants internes pour retrouver un passage de vitesses fluide 👌

🚗🔧 MG Rover – مشكل جوان كلاص (Head Gasket)

جابو لينا موتور جديد باش يتركب فـ MG Rover، ولكن من بعد التركيب السيارة ما بغاتش حتى تديماري ❌

🔍 بدينا التشخيص خطوة بخطوة:
✔️ تفقدنا الكهرباء والبنزين
✔️ تأكدنا من الكالاج وكلشي كان مزيان

من بعد حيّدنا البواجي (Bougies) ودرنا moteur à la main، تفاجأنا بخروج الماء من بلاصة البوجي ⚠️💧

📌 هنا عرفنا أن المشكل جا من جوان كلاص (Head Gasket) متضرر، وخلا الماء يدخل لغرف الاحتراق داخل الموتور.

❌ هاد المشكل يقدر يسبب:
• عدم اشتغال المحرك
• خلط الماء مع الزيت
• سخونية زائدة
• ضعف فالضغط (Compression)

✅ الحل الصحيح:
تشخيص دقيق، تفقد سلامة الكلاص، وتبديل الجوان مع احترام شروط التركيب والعزم المناسب

🚗🔧 MG Rover – Head Gasket Problem

We received an MG Rover engine for installation, but after fitting it, the car refused to start ❌

🔍 We began the diagnosis step by step:
✔️ Checked the electrical system and fuel supply
✔️ Verified the engine timing and everything seemed correct

After removing the spark plugs and turning the engine by hand, water started coming out from the spark plug hole ⚠️💧

📌 At that moment, we identified the issue as a damaged head gasket, allowing coolant to enter the combustion chamber.

❌ This problem can cause:
• Engine not starting
• Coolant mixing with engine oil
• Engine overheating
• Loss of compression

✅ Proper repair requires:

💡 استعمل ديما سائل التبريد (Liquide de refroidissement) ماشي الماء ديال الروبيني، حيث الماء كيسبب الصدأ والتآكل وكيقدر يخرج بحال هاد المشاكل مع الوقت.

🚗⚠️ Volkswagen Touareg – Water Found in Engine Oil (Carter)

❌ Continuous coolant loss
❌ Water mixed with engine oil inside the oil pan
❌ Engine oil turns milky like mayonnaise
❌ Abnormal engine overheating
❌ Loss of performance and possible white smoke from exhaust

🔍 After a careful diagnosis, the issue was found to be a faulty water pump ⚠️

When the water pump fails internally, coolant can leak into the engine oil system, contaminating the lubrication and causing serious damage to internal engine components.

✔️ Water pump removed and checked
✔️ Faulty water pump replaced with a new one
✔️ Engine oil and oil filter changed
✔️ Cooling system cleaned and fully inspected

⚠️ Delaying this repair can lead to major engine damage such as bearing failure, crankshaft damage, or complete engine seizure.

💡 Advice:
If you find water mixed with engine oil, stop driving immediately and get a proper diagnosis to avoid expensive repairs.

🔍 من بعد التشخيص، تبين أن سبب المشكل هو تلف بومبة الماء (Pompe à eau) ⚠️

البومبة ملي كتتعطب من الداخل، كتسمح بتسرب الماء نحو الزيت داخل المحرك، وهاد الشي كيسبب تلوث زيت التشحيم وكيعرض جميع القطع الداخلية للتآكل السريع.

✔️ تم فك بومبة الماء والتأكد من العطل
✔️ تغيير بومبة الماء بواحدة جديدة
✔️ تغيير زيت المحرك والفلتر
✔️ تنظيف دورة التبريد ومراقبة النظام بالكامل

⚠️ التأخر فإصلاح هاد المشكل يقدر يسبب تلف البيليات، الكراكن، وحتى سيراج كامل للمحرك.

💡 النصيحة:
إلى لقيتي الماء داخل زيت الكارتر، خاص التوقف الفوري عن السياقة والتشخيص السريع لتفادي خسائر كبيرة.

🔧 الصيانة الصحيحة فالتوقيت المناسب كتحافظ على عمر المحرك

– الجُو الزائد كيسبب تآكل الروايض من الداخل!

❌ السيارة فيها لجو بزاف فالعجلات
❌ الروايض بدات كتاكل غير من الجهة الداخلية
❌ عدم الثبات فالطريق خصوصاً فالسرعة والمنعرجات

🔍 من بعد التشخيص، تبين أن المشكل غالباً كيكون فـ:
✔️ Rotules de suspension
✔️ Silent blocs
✔️ Roulements أو moyeux
✔️ Amortisseurs أو supports
✔️ Mauvais réglage de géométrie (Parallélisme / Carrossage)

💡 إلى خليتي هاد المشكل بلا إصلاح:
⚠️ الروايض غادي يتلفو بسرعة
⚠️ استهلاك زائد
⚠️ خطر فالقيادة وعدم توازن السيارة

🔧 الحل:
فحص شامل للسوسبانسيون + ضبط géométrie + تغيير القطع المتضررة باش ترجع السيارة مستقرة وآمنة.

إلى كنتي باغي تبدّل غير بلاكيت الفرامل (Brake Pads)، خاصك تعرف واحد الحاجة مهمة بزاف 👀

❗ من الأفضل دوز حتى للديسك (Brake Disc) وتدير ليه تور (Rectification) وتحيد الحاشية لي كتكون فيه

🔍 علاش؟
حيت مع الوقت، الديسك كيتلبس وكيولي فيه حاشية (rebord)
وإلى ركّبتي بلاكيت جداد فوق ديسك قديم بهاد الحالة:

❌ كينقص الأداء ديال الفرامل
❌ كيبان صوت أو صفير
❌ كيتآكلو البلاكيت بسرعة
❌ الفرامل ما كيشدوش مزيان

💡 الحل:
✔️ يا إمّا دير تور للديسك وتنقّي السطح ديالو
✔️ أو تبدلو كامل إلا كان متآكل بزاف

🚗🔧 Volkswagen Touran – Important Tip Before Changing Brake Pads

If you’re planning to replace only the brake pads, there’s something very important you should know 👀

❗ It’s highly recommended to also check the brake discs and machine them (disc resurfacing) to remove the outer lip (edge wear).

🔍 Why?
Over time, the brake disc wears unevenly and develops a lip on the edges.
If you install new pads on a worn disc:

❌ Reduced braking performance
❌ Noise or squeaking
❌ Faster pad wear
❌ Poor contact between pad and disc
