lee" this year. We are a professional marketing company, employing a vastly experienced, dynamic field sales force and have over 3,500 Dealers Island wide. The company has its own fleet of delivery lorries, the largest fleet owned by any auto-parts company in Sri Lanka. In addition, it also interacts with more than 1,350 prominent garages throughout the country. DSL is equipped with three warehouse complexes, all just less than 10 km from Colombo. The total warehouse space is more than 60,000 sq ft. DSL manages its own imports and distribution divisions. Keeping in line with the un-matched high level of customer care, we often conduct awareness seminars for dealers and garage mechanics and our sales team pays frequent visits to the dealers. Facilities are available for dealers to send in their orders by fax or by telephone and place orders at their convenience. Being innovative in our stride towards providing a better service to customers, DSL has automated the recording and transmission of orders for invoicing through the hand-held terminals used by its sales team. Customers can have their own choice of collecting the goods of their orders either from the warehouse or from the newly renovated showroom which is fully equipped and is in a computerized environment situated in Panchikawatte, the hub of auto parts market or get their orders delivered to their doorstep through DSL's fleet of delivery vehicles. The company is equipped with a very advanced computer system for invoicing and for managing customer database. With the aim of enhancing the opportunities of serving Sri Lankan motor industry, DSL has become a strategic partner with Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC). The organization is conducting a loyalty program for garage mechanics, which is a direct path of assuring Sri Lankan motorist "a safer ride on the road." DSL has now launched into two wheeler and three wheeler spare parts segment and represents prominent brands such as Lucas TVS, Wood Auto Parts, Fleet Gasket, Camoflex Wiper Blade, Minda automotive parts, KLN Filters, Mahale Pistons, Remson Cables etc. DSL is also a leading manufacturer and supplier of soft toys having two of its factories at FTZ Biyagama and the recently opened one at Kosgoda in Galle. It handles 100% exports to the European and American market, through famous retail chains such as Marks and Spencer, Harrods, ASDA and Hamleys to name a few.
