Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a steady conversion of leads.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Ex*****on
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
• Optimize the company’s website and e-commerce platforms for lead generation.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok.
3. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
• Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
• Implement CRM strategies to nurture prospects and enhance customer relationships.
• Personalize marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and data insights.
4. Brand Awareness & Online Reputation Management
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and customer reviews.
• Develop content strategies for blogs, videos, and social media.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing efforts.
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Provide reports on ROI and recommend improvements.
6. Team Management & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor the sales and digital marketing team.
• Train sales staff on digital tools and marketing strategies.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and industry trends.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
• Adapt campaigns based on changing market conditions and customer feedback.
Skills Required:
