A DIFFERENT DAIRY CHOICE — TOGWELL GOAT MILK!
As Carol Your Health Coach, I have always encouraged us to be mindful of our dairy consumption and to pay attention to how our bodies respond to the foods we eat.

Yes, dairy is among the foods that encourage chronic inflammation hence excess mucus in our bodies resulting to diseases thriving within us.

However, Togwell goat milk has been sourced from reliable grass and natural foods fed goats. The milk has only undergone pasteurization no additives or preservatives making it a better option.

Therefore, in confidence, I am introducing Togwell goat milk as an alternative for those who choose to consume a healthier dairy product.

Goat milk provides protein, calcium and other essential nutrients. Yes, it still contains lactose but in lesser quantities compared to cow milk. It also has smaller fat globules than cow milk making it a bit easier to digest than its counterpart hence lesser cases of indigestion or bloating.
