Good for aero, bad for quickly performing routine maintenance

How about a Dome Under Cowling for your ST202 Celica. A failed project in 1995 by Dome CO LTD. Would have been about $6k aud painted and installed. The max speed increased by 13.8km/h, generated 91.8kg downforce, fuel consumption was improved by 7.8% (driving on highway at 100km/h as average speed). Plans were to make them for the GT4, GTR and Supra...but only 1 sold...to a manufacturer for testing.
