🌀 [Important] Temporary Closure Due to Approaching Typhoon

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for choosing our services.

Due to the approach of the typhoon, and with the safety of our customers and staff as our top priority, the following locations will be temporarily closed tomorrow, Friday, August 7.

■ Closed Locations
・Naha Airport Branch
・Nago Branch

*Regarding business operations from Saturday, August 8 onwards, we plan to resume normal operations or reopen sequentially depending on the typhoon conditions. Please check our official website for the latest updates.

■ Inquiries Regarding Reservations
We are currently experiencing a very high volume of inquiries regarding reservation changes and cancellations. We are responding to inquiries in order, so we kindly ask for your patience.

⚠️ Important Notice for Current Renter and Upcoming Customers ⚠️

・Traveling by car or going outside while a severe weather warning is in effect is extremely dangerous. Please stay in a safe place.
・Please note that insurance will not cover any accidents or vehicle troubles that occur while driving during an active severe weather warning.
・For customers scheduled to return their vehicles on Friday, August 7, no extension fees will be charged. Please prioritize your safety and stay safe.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to those planning to visit us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To all our valued customers planning to drive in Japan,
We have recently seen an increase in trouble regarding unauthorized online driver's license translation services. Unfortunately, translations obtained from these unofficial websites have no legal validity in Japan.
If you present an invalid translation, we are legally unable to rent you a vehicle, which would be a heartbreaking start to your trip.
To drive legally in Japan, you must present one of the following:
1. International Driving Permit (IDP)
Must be issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention.
Note: Digital IDPs or printed PDFs are NOT accepted in Japan. You must bring the original physical booklet.
2. Foreign Driver's License + Official Japanese Translation
(Applicable for licenses from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan)
Note: The translation must be issued by official embassies/consulates, JAF (Japan Automobile Federation), or ZIPLUS Co., Ltd. Unofficial online translations are strictly invalid.
Please ensure you have the correct documents before leaving your country so you can enjoy a smooth and safe drive in Japan! 🚗✨
