ﺑﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﺍﺧﺘﺎﺭﺕ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺑﺮﻣﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﺗﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺴﺮﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻲ؛ ﻓﺈﻧﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ : ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ، 23 ﺣﺰﻳﺮﺍﻥ 2016 ، ﻓﻲ ﺍﺳﺘﺠﺎﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺟﻴﻬﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﻭﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﺗﻴﻦ L.111 ، 112 ﻭ 113 ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮﻳﺔ، ﻓﺈﻧﻨﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻦ ﺣﻔﻆ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻲ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻨﺪﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻮﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﺍﻟﺦ ... ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺸﺮﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﺬ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻓﺘﺤﺖ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻲ . ﻭﺇﻥ ﺃﻱ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡٍ ﺗﺠﺎﺭﻱ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺳﺒﻖ ﻳﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻮﺍﻓﻘﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺮﺓ .
ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ؛ ﻓﺈﻧﻨﻲ ﺃﻋﻠﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻳُﻤﻨﻊ ﻣﻨﻌﺎ ﺑﺎﺗﺎ ﺍﻟﻜﺸﻒ، ﻧﺴﺦ ﻭﺗﻮﺯﻳﻊ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺚ، ﺃﻭ ﺍﺗﺨﺎﺫ ﺃﻱ ﺇﺟﺮﺍﺀ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺿﺪﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﺴﺎﺏ ﻭ / ﺃﻭ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﻳﺎﺗﻪ . ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻹﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮﺭﺓ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﺗﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﻴﻦ، ﻭﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ، ﻭﻛﻼﺀ ﻭ / ﺃﻭ ﻏﻴﺮﻫﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﻴﻦ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺇﺷﺮﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ .
ﻭﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﻳﺎﺕ ﻣﻠﻔﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ . ﻳﻌﺎﻗﺐ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﻙ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺘﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ ( UCC 1 1-308 - 308 1 -103 ﻭﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺭﻭﻣﺎ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ ) . ﺍﻟﻔﻴﺴﺒﻮﻙ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻵﻥ ﻛﻴﺎﻥ ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺡ .
ﻗﺮّﺍﺀ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻨﺺ ﻳﻤﻜﻨﻬﻢ ﻧﺴﺨﻪ ﻭﻟﺼﻘﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ . ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺳﻮﻑ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻬﻢ ﺑﻮﺿﻊ ﺃﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﺗﺤﺖ " ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﺣﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻟﻒ ." ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ ﻗﺪ ﻧﺸﺮﺕ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﻣﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻔﺤﺘﻚ؛ ﻓﺈﻧﻚ ﺳﻮﻑ ﺗﺴﻤﺢ ﺿﻤﻨﻴﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻚ ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺹ ﺑﻚ . ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﻳﻦ

For commercial use of the foregoing my written consent is required at all times.
