HOW WORK IS DONE

1. Send us email of all instruction for design - Incls. (Images &Text) or your sample
2. First Draft are emailed to you for proofing (Samples)
3. Second Draft for more proofing, colour and gramma checks (Spelling)
4. Third Draft of final work to be check
5. Email High Resolution artwork - In various format (AI. Tif, JPEG, PSD )

HOW DO YOU PAY:

1. 50% Deposit is require before job commence
2. Payment are lodge to bank account - (Which we will advise you on Acc #)
3. Other 50% is payment on delivery of artwork

FAQ. How do i get a refund? A percentage of refund will be given base on the condition of work done

How do i see sample? Sample are email to customers, so email address is needed

How do i print my design? That part is up to you, let us know where you would like us to email your high res design...

What if a cancel after paying my deposit? We will only refund a percentage of that deposit to accommodate our overhead bills

What if there's a spelling error after prints are done? This is why we send you 3 sets of draft, each section tells what is required of you..(Colours, Text, gramma ), So after you confirm, we acknowledge that you read everything properly.. What if i dont like any design i get? Simple, we will continue to work until you are pleased, After trying multiply times and your still not please,we will refund your percentage of deposit base on time spent designing.
