Mechanical Repair contest at ATC 2026
The work order stated to ‘replace fuel supply pump’. The Shop Manual then clearly shows the procedure required. This task involved no use of special tools, although the correct use of a torque wrench and procedure for setting the timing was critical.

The winner is Thierry Bl**er, Kuhn Schweiz AG. Congrats to all!

The European Advanced Technical Contest (ATC) brings together talented service professionals from across the Komatsu network to put their skills to the test, share knowledge and learn from one another.

At this year’s event, 34 competitors, supported by 13 coaches from 15 distributors, competed at the demonstration site at Komatsu Italia Manufacturing S.p.A.
