CBE QUICK CHANGE SYSTEM – APRILIA RSV4 | IN ACTION

The first reel showed you how the system is designed.
This time, we wanted to show you what really matters: how it works during an actual rear wheel change.

During wheel removal, the brake caliper remains suspended on its dedicated support and the chain stays controlled by the integrated chain support.

The wheel can then be repositioned quickly and cleanly, while the system retains the original Aprilia rear axle.

The result is a rear wheel change with fewer loose components, fewer unnecessary movements and a much more efficient operation — especially useful for track and racing applications.

**CBE FACTORY Quick Change System – Aprilia RS660 & Tuono 660 | 2021–2026**

Developed for track and racing use, the CBE Quick Change System is designed to simplify rear wheel removal and installation on the Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660.

During wheel removal, the **rear brake caliper remains suspended on its dedicated support**, while the **wheel spacers stay with the wheel**. This means fewer loose components to handle and a cleaner, more efficient operation.

The system also integrates a **precise chain adjustment system with reference scale**.

To keep the conversion simple and avoid unnecessary additional components, the **original Aprilia rear axle and axle nut are retained**.

The result is a purpose-designed system focused on making rear wheel changes faster and easier while maintaining a clean, precise installation.

**Steering Stop Repair – 2025 Ducati Panigale V2**

Following a crash, one of the steering stops integrated into the lower triple clamp was broken.

Rather than simply rebuilding the damaged area, we chose to develop a dedicated mechanical solution.

The original steering stops were removed by CNC machining, and the lower triple clamp was machined to allow the installation of a newly designed component.

The replacement plate was developed in CAD and CNC-machined in-house. It integrates two adjustable steering stop registers, allowing the steering limit to be restored and precisely adjusted.

A repair that combines problem solving, CAD design and precision machining.
