In un regime di mercato in cui si punta all'individualismo e allo scioglimento di grandi realtà associate o collaborative, per far prevalere (anziché la ragione e l'economicità) l'invidia, l'egocentrismo e onnipotenza, come una sorta di cecità. L'intuizione di Vincenzo D'Angelo è stata quella di mettere insieme dei tasselli creare una filiera o meglio

in inglese un NETWORK. Un insieme di persone, prima che d'imprese, con la stessa VISION, ma soprattutto con una MISSION condivisa. "E' stato come costruire una nave, si può solcare l'oceano in sicurezza solo con un transatlantico, non di certo da soli con una barca a remi. Il potenziale di questa nave è che più cresce e più riesce a infrangere le onde della concorrenza e i cambiamenti repentini del mercato. Per crescita non si intende solo in numero di imprese partecipanti ma soprattutto di Know How, potenzialità. efficenza ed efficacia"

Perché il nome We'RE? Dall'inglese we are "noi siamo", ma il significato è tutto nella scomposizione di We're
- Noi inteso come gruppo
- RE come Rete Etica. Una Rete di imprese basate su un'Etica sociale e professionale condivisa, protetta e supportata da ogni singola impresa appartenente al gruppo. NOI SIAMO è generale perché la Mission può essere condivisa in qualunque settore, se anche il fine ultimo può essere diverso, l'associarsi a We'RE porta comunque a dei minori costi in settori come ad esempio la logistica.
