I was doing a Google search on myself the other day for a new project I'm working on and found an article I had submitted to Go Nomad had been published! What? They sent me a small check, too. :)

It's a fun story of our hiking trip to north Vietnam near the Chinese border.

The woman on the right, Mrs. Co, was our guide for our 27-mile 3 day trek. The other woman (Mrs. Singh) was a Medicine Women who prepared hot baths for us with over 25 herbsdo...we stayed in her home for two nights. Enjoy! Mark Donadio

Mark Donadio is off to Italy in a few weeks with his two twin adult girls....how cool is that? One of our favorite countries! The pic below is from Castiglioni Di Scicilia ...a mid-evil hilltop village where we walked steep bricked streets, ate all kinds of crusty fresh breads, pistachio pastas, intense cheeses and of course, drank plenty of Italian wine. :)
