To you, it’s just a motorcycle in the sun.

To me, it’s the memory of the last time her presence seemed out of place.

Today I know it was the opposite.

It was the world that wasn’t ready for her yet.

But I don’t remember the moment it first came into being.

It’s as if, somewhere, that form had been waiting for me long before I ever learned to draw.

I’ve never shared this thought with the guild.

It was late afternoon. We had left them in front of the workshop before closing for the evening. The door behind us, silence, no one around.

I kept looking at the starting point.

Because it’s unsettling to see two cars so close together and realize that one already contains the other.

As if ΛNIMΛ had always existed.

And for the first time, the whole scene seemed artificial.

As if the villa, the guests, and even the sun were merely a backdrop built around something much more important.

Then they saw the motorcycle.

Years later, I still remember ANIMA perfectly.

From a distance, it looked like a simple private event.

But years later, I realized what was really happening.

VTOPIΛ wasn’t there to present a motorcycle.

It was teaching the present to accept the future”.

The exposed carbon, the white ceramic-coated exhaust, the cold grey sheen of the CNC-machined components… for months, a single glance at that space was enough to remember it.

It’s something that rarely happens.

Motorcycles arrive. Motorcycles leave.

They are replaced by others.

But every now and then, one appears that leaves behind something far more difficult to remove.

Not a trace.
