She may be too young to walk, but she’s already making her first fashion statements. And her first choice? Pink, of course! 💕

From Sicilian oranges to the rooms of Ortea Palace Hotel, Sicily, Autograph Collection , and to the accessories worn at Ortigia Film Festival . 🍊

For its 18th edition, the Festival welcomed actors, directors and journalists with a that would carry a piece of our homeland with them, long after the final evening.

Ohoskin ®️, our alternative to leather born from Sicilian orange by-products, took shape in creations by Emmy Boo Studio | Bag Manufacturer , ANEMA (vegan bags) and Monica Zuccheri | Borse: embroidered initials, bold orange shapes and silver reflections.
Small, personal details that hold the memory of a place and the people who welcomed us.

“Maybe I can do it too.”

That’s the thought we hoped to spark in Niscemi. 🍊⚡️ On 2 October, we joined Joule, Eni’s school for entrepreneurship, and 300 students for Generazione Made in Italy.

Our co-founder Adriana Santanocito shared how Ohoskin®️ grew from an idea rooted in Sicily: turning orange by-products into a new material, then seeing it take shape through the creativity of those who choose it.

We hope our story showed them that you can start from your own roots and build something that travels far. And that their ideas deserve a chance, too. 🧡

Thank you to Mattia Voltaggio, Domenica, Simona, the Joule team, Giovanni Di Giacomo and everyone who made this day possible.

If even one student went home thinking “Maybe I can do it too,” that energy didn’t stop when the stage lights went out.

NH Collection Taormina chose Ohoskin ® and the craftsmanship of Claudia Antichi dei Boschi with Emmy Boo Studio | Bag Manufacturer to create the clutches welcoming special in their rooms.

A project where hospitality, craftsmanship and innovation come together through our material, developed by valorising Sicilian orange by-products and carrying an authentic connection to its place of origin.

For these creations, the article was selected for its natural, jute-like appearance and distinctive tactile texture, as well as its UVA resistance, water resistance and ease of cleaning.

For the press conference, the hotel chose a second interpretation: clutches in Blood Orange, personalised with the embroidered initials of the attending journalists. A thoughtful detail that made each gift unique and personal.

Some places stay with us long after we have left.

A colour, a light, a gesture of hospitality. Sometimes, a small object that holds all of these within it.

Yesterday in Bergamo, today in Milan.

Ohoskin® took part in the II Fashion Sustainability and Law Forum at the University of Bergamo, a day of dialogue exploring the connections between fashion, sustainability, innovation and law.

Stefano Mazzetti, COO and Co-Founder of ®, shared the journey behind a material developed in Italy by valorising Sicilian orange and cactus by-products: from research and circularity to transparency and the protection of innovation.

Thank you to the organisers Farida Bunyatova and Massimo Foglia, SEB Club, the University of Bergamo and for creating this valuable opportunity for exchange.

Today, the conversations continue at LINEAPELLE Milano.

“Nature designs. We learn.”

The geometry of a snake’s skin. The sculpted relief of a crocodile. The way light changes as a body moves.

These forms fascinate us, but first and foremost, they belong to living beings.

With Ohoskin®️, we chose to bring their beauty into materials while leaving animals their skin.

Our new crocodile and python-effect textures are born from the encounter between research, surface development and a material made using by-products from Sicilian oranges.

Another story to wear, imagine and transform. A story that begins in a citrus grove and continues through the ideas of those who create.
