At the 1928 Targa Florio, Eliška Junková was not expected to compete at the front.
Her rivals believed she lacked the physical strength to be taken seriously.
What they didn’t expect was her approach.

Before the race, she walked the entire 108-kilometer course, studying every corner, every surface, every detail.
That preparation made the difference.
By the second lap, she was leading the race.
Engine trouble would later force her to drop back, but she still crossed the line ahead of 25 competitors.

Some races are driven hard.
Others are driven smart.

Ayrton Senna.
A name that still feels like a heartbeat before lights out.

Fearless, focused, uncompromising.
Not for the noise, for the truth of speed.

Some drivers win races.
Senna changed what “great” means.

Happy birthday, Ayrton.
