We design the product as per customers drawings and requirements. Properties and performances are tested as per customer standards like SAE, ASTM etc. We are an accredited ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949 & EMS-ISO 14001: 2004 Certified Company and have a road map to attain BS-OSHAS 18001-2008 Certifications by end of Dec 2014. We import raw material from well-known manufacturers like DuPont, Denka, Kumho, KCC, Dow Corning, Tosho, DSM and Nippon Zeon. Carbon black and chemicals are purchased from Cabot Corporation, Bayer, DOG-Chemie Germany, Posto refractories in Japan, Kawaguchi Chemicals, Robinson Brother Ltd U.K. Best grade of natural rubber is procured domestically .Tools and mandrels are outsourced from strategically approved sources. The quality of incoming raw materials /sheet metal / tools is controlled and assured through inspection / testing at our in-house lab as per Quality Plan. Our new state of the art manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest machineries having various control features for the manufacturing of Moulded and Rubber to Metal Bonded Components, Extruded hoses, Wrapped and Smooth Hoses, Silicone Hoses, Hand Built Bellows. These include mistake proof weighing system, 35 litre Kneader with Conveyer, Open Mixing mill with stock blender, Cold feed cross head extruder, Vertical braiding machine, Horizontal braiding machine, Horizontal knitting machine, Vulcanizer with PLC Control, Auto Control Hydraulic Presses, Desma Injection moulding machine, and Phosphating plant for metal surface treatment etc. For manufacturing of Smooth finish hoses we have a continuous line comprising of tube extrusion, knitting/braiding, adhesive application and cross heading.
