Hydrogen is one of the oldest elements which existed before the big bang and the solar system and the galaxies and is the element which gave to life.
In the mobility space, to Hydrogen or to BEV, the argument goes on.. for mobility application. But one thing which many experts agree on, is that hydrogen is an energy career and has a major role to play in decarbonising the planet. The impact of automobiles in pollution or in climate change is something we see and feel with our senses. But, automobiles contribute to only some ~30% of pollution. The rest 70% is not really "visible" to the layman. The massive energy demands of the industries for example.
What will be the extend of or share of hydrogen in decarbonising the industry or the mobility space needs to be seen. Again, the requirements depends on a lot of things, like availability of infrastructure, geo political factors, geography and so on.
The recent Tesla Semi delivery event where mentioned requirement of Mega watt level charging, infra may not be suitable for all countries or economies.
Here is my perspective on how Green Hydrogen can help a country like India become energy independent.
