Sitting next to my friend Vikas Shukla with my Yamaha RD 350 after an unforgettable ride from Bombay to Lonavala.

No Google Maps, no GPS, no speed cameras, just the open roads, a pocket full of dreams, and the thrill of the ride. No cell phones, either….if you were lost, you stopped your bike, asked strangers for directions, and made new connections along the way.

These were the true golden days of riding, where every mile was an adventure and every journey was about the ride, not just the destination.

The memories are blurry, like the film in the old camera we used, but the spirit of those rides remains crystal clear.
