Visit of Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana at Faridabad on 2nd October, 2025.

Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana visited Sector-15, Faridabad at the residence of Dr. Navdeep Chawla, Past President, FIA on 2nd October, 2025.

During the visit, we had an opportunity to discuss key industry-related issues and also handed over our suggestions for the upcoming Haryana Industrial Policy 2025.

International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies : 8th September, 2025

Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Faridabad organised an event on 8th September, 2025 at FIA House to celebrate International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies. The event was chaired by Sh Pradeep Kumar, IAS, member Secretary, HSPCB who in his address to members suggested ways forward. Sh P Raghavendra Rao (IAS Retired), a well known name in Pollution control graced the occasion. A talk was given by Dr RN Mehta a specialist in Environment Impact Assessment. Mr Vikas Kikan informed about how agriculture waste of parali can be pelletised and torrefied to convert waste to fuel and avoid the annual activity of smoke generation due to burning of parali. Sh Sandeep Singh, RO, HSPCB Faridabad informed about the regulations of CAQM. Mr Raj Bhatia, President, FIA in his closing remarks stressed on the need of incentivising rule adoption to supplement the various efforts being adopted to improve air quality.

An awareness session on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) and Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme - 2nd August, 2025

An awareness session on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) and Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme was successfully held at the Faridabad Industries Association on 2nd August, 2025. This event was organized under the initiative of the Division Employment Office, Faridabad.

We were honored by the presence of the following dignitaries, who delivered insightful addresses on these newly launched schemes:

* Shri Rajeev Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship and Labour, Government of Haryana
* Shri Krishan Kumar, Regional Commissioner-II, Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)

The session saw enthusiastic participation from our member industries.

Interactive session - ESIC "SPREE 2025" (Scheme to Promote Registration of Employers and Employees) - 1st August, 2025

Faridabad Industries Association organised an interactive session with Mr. SL Meena , Regional Director, Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt of India on 1st August, 2025. The session focused on "SPREE 2025," a special scheme by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation to promote the registration of employers and employees. Additionally, members had the opportunity to address their grievances and representations related to ESIC.

FIA Delegation met Sh. Nayab Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt of Haryana in Chandigarh on 31st July, 2025.

Mr. Raj Bhatia, FIA President along with Past Presidents Dr. Navdeep Chawla, Mr. S.K. Jain, and Mr. H.R. Gupta, visited Chandigarh to meet the Sh. Nayab Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, regarding the ongoing concerns related to the impact on Industries due to increased fixed charges for Electricity.

During the meeting, the Hon’ble CM gave a positive assurance for reviewing the matter again with the Industries team and Govt officials to understand the impact and possible solutions

Representatives from other associations, including CII and IMT, were also present and collectively expressed the industry’s concerns.

Caparo Maruti Ltd Visit - 30th July, 2025

We are delighted to share that our young members visited Caparo Maruti Ltd. on 30th July, 2025. It was an insightful and memorable experience for all.

Our meeting with Mr. Vinod K. Bapna (CEO, Caparo Maruti) and Mr. Rakesh (COO) was truly knowledgeable. Their presentation on best manufacturing practices was highly informative and inspiring.

Mango Festival Celebration - 29th July, 2025

FIA celebrated the Mango Festival on 29th July, 2025. We thank the FIA ladies for their enthusiastic participation. Their active involvement truly made the event special and vibrant. We were also honored to have Ms. Akanksha Vishnoi, Co-Founder of YesMadam, as the chief guest. She delivered a truly inspiring talk, sharing her experiences and motivations behind starting YesMadam. Her insights were incredibly expressive, and everyone present deeply appreciated her efforts and enjoyed her perspective.

Beyond the insightful session, we had a lot of fun with various games and activities organized for the ladies. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves so much. It was a joy to celebrate together.
