* instructor has more risk involved as the candidate has 100% control over the car,so he has more responsibility to ensure both candidate and public safety.
* candidate get one on one attention from the instructor.
* The candidate get to drive atleast 350 kms in his 10days classes of 1 hrs per day.
* Timings are flexible and pickup cm drop service available.
* candidate get maximum exposure to different road and traffic conditions resulting in improved focus.
* since the candidate gets trained in his own car and is subjected to real-time driving conditions, his confidence is improved.
* More training is given in the areas of different types of parking, slope driving, Lane discipline, use of high beams, etc...
Driving school instructor.
* candidate has only 50% control over the car, as the rest of the control is handled by the instructor using extra clutch and brake provision in driving school car,so there responsibility is comparatively less.
* Candidate gets to alone the car only by turns as most of the classes held alone with 3-4 candidate.
* The candidate get to drive for 5km/ day for 10 - 15 days.
* Timing as per the driving school schedule and most of the schools do not offer pick and drop service.
* exposure is minimum and the focus is to just make the candidate obtains a permanent driving licence.
* The candidate is still in a dilemma as to whether he will be able to drive a car with 100% control in his hands.
* Less training given in these areas.
