Job Description (JD)
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient workshop performance, team management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
✔ Oversee daily operations of the detailing studio and service workshop.
✔ Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per committed timelines.
✔ Monitor quality standards across detailing, servicing, repairs, and modification jobs.
✔ Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Customer Relationship Management
✔ Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and service consultations.
✔ Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
✔ Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
✔ Ensure regular follow-ups for service reminders and repeat business.
Team Management
✔ Supervise technicians, detailers, advisors, and support staff.
✔ Allocate jobs effectively to maximize productivity.
✔ Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
✔ Train and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Sales & Business Development
✔ Promote detailing packages, ceramic coating, PPF, maintenance packages, and modifications.
✔ Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
✔ Develop local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
✔ Build relationships with corporate clients and fleet operators.
Inventory & Administration
✔ Monitor inventory of consumables, spare parts, and detailing materials.
✔ Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
✔ Maintain accurate job cards, billing, and operational records.
