VW Golf no boost.

Turbo actuator and electrical connector plug repaired and replaced.

Good news for this customer as they were diagnosed needing a full replacement turbo elsewhere.

Another hybrid bmw with a coolant leak.

High temperatures & plastic is a bad combo.

Bmw 530e recently in, we’re doing lots of these and they all fail in the same place.

Oil filter housing replaced, engine cleaned down, oil service and coolant system flush & refill

An abundance of big jobs, nothing simple lately.

Turbos, gearboxes, timing chains, timing belts, more turbos, dpfs, coolant leaks, oil leaks and plenty of electrical issues.

A bit of a “Macgyver” job to keep this customer cool and get his AC fixed urgently during the summer heatwave.

Hybrid bmw with a leaking ac pipe above the rear axle. Very awkward place to access, and also a very labour intensive job to remove the full complete pipework for replacement as it’s located between the chassis and rear subframe.

Fittings fabricated and flexible ac pipe made to get him on the road again. ❄️
