Mc Conville’s XL Kingscourt are now hiring!
The positions I have available are for experienced Deli team members for the XL
Store & Petrol Station in Kingscourt Co.Cavan.
What will I be doing As a Deli Team member:
* Support day to day operations of the business
* Ensure Deli Area is clean and tidy.
* Experience in cooking various types of food.
* Ensure all food safety policies are met.
* Experience in Food preparation.
* Follow and enforce Company manual training contents.
* Stock control and management.
* Create the best food experience possible for customers.
* Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
A Deli Team Member would ideally:
* Have a can-do attitude who has strong
communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
* Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
