This absolutely beautiful rare 1996 Subaru Impreza WRX V-Limited chassis GC8C48D Colin McRae💫

Built in 1996 to celebrate Subaru winning the World Rally Championship and Colin McRae winning the Drivers Championship, 1000 of these V-Limited special editons were produced, this car being one of the last made number 903.

Special features were 53C Satire blue paintwork,
Green tinted glass,
WRC crests on seats
limited edition numbered badge. It also benifits from lightweight alloy bonnet, boot and suspension arms.

This is a more then respectable example of a very rare classic Impreza.

The car has covered only 105000 Miles and is just after a massive complete engine rebuild/overhaul to the value of €3200 euro with invoice receipt stating all works that have be carried out.

As the lightweight RS variant of the TME – it comes with no traction control, ABS, air bags or electric windows

This is one of the best examples available.
RS stands for 'Rally Sport,' which this model is essentially the closest to its homologated WRC counterpart.

Introduced in December 1999 to commemorate rally ace Tommi Makinen’s fourth consecutive WRC Driver’s Championship win, the Evo VI edition name in his honour features a number of changes and upgrades compared to the ‘standard’ model. From a standard tommi makinen the RS MODEL came with a more aggressive bodykit, 10mm lower suspension with revised dampers, a helical front limited-slip differential and a faster-spooling titanium turbocharger, all with the aim of improving the car’s performance on tarmac surfaces.

the Ralliart UK Stage 1 engine performance pack, which provided better acceleration, improved throttle response, and overall drivability. It's also equipped with Eibach springs with revised geometry for improved handling, RS version was also sold with full rally-spec suspension, an L*D rather than Active Yaw Control plus a competition close-ratio gearbox and a Group N rally-specification front helical differential. The interior, on the other hand, gets Recaro RS front seats.🏁

The layout is from the rear you have a spacious and social U-shaped rear lounge, a Heki rooflight with large panoramic windows fill the lounge area with light and is perfect for enjoying views all around.

At nighttime the bench seats convert easily into a large double bed.

The kitchen area has a 3 ring gas hob on top of a combined oven and grill next to which is a sink with a fridge with freezer underneath with Lift-up worktop flaps to extend the preparation area.

Opposite is a washroom with shower toilet and wash basin to maximise the space.

A wardrobe with hanging rail also stows the freestanding table.

Storage is plentiful in overhead lockers above the living area and kitchen, and above the cab.

It’s based on the Peugeot Boxer 2.2 HDi Diesel 5 speed manual engine with a gross MAM vehicle weight of 3000kg allowing anyone with a standard Irish driving licence to drive it and it’s only travelled 30k careful and considered miles which is very low for its year and it comes with a good solid recorded mechanical service history.
