Delicious food on Board and wine tour.

We offer on Board the best fish and oysters from which we will prepare the best Dalmatian dishes such as grilled fish with spaghetti, Gradada-the famous soup from the island of Hvar from fish and potatoes, Adriatic squid with potatoes in red wine, Adriatic mussels Alla Buzara.

During this cheerful week lamb with baked potatoes will be served. From desserts will be famous Rosata-delicious custard recipe from Dubrovnik, Fast fritule donuts and other classic Dalmatian dishes.

We can start our cruise from split, Trogir or Hvar.

We will visit the best wineries such as Wine Tomic in Jelsa on the island Hvar and Plenkovic Wine Light Negele. In these wineries you will taste the best red wine of Mali Plavac, which is the sister of the famous black grape variety Zinfandel.

The cruise in South Dalmatia, we will visit the island of korčula and the pelješac Peninsula. There you will taste the best white wine Poship of autochthonous white grapes and the most famous red wines of Croatia Mali Plavac – Postup and dingach.

We will visit the largest winery in the Mate Matusko Potomje where you will taste reserved for you the best dingač is a special version of the Royal and top grade. To do this, we will take a minibus to a height of 400 meters above sea level.

Then we will go down to Trstenik and visit the winery of the most famous winemaker Mr. Grgich, who is the winner of numerous California Chardonnay awards in the California NAPA valley. There we will try Plavac Mali and Posip.

We will then move forward through the most beautiful wine route to the place of dingač with breathtaking views of Korcula.
The same road we will visit another grape Scaramouch house, located right by the sea.

The next stop is Mljet island national Park, which is the number one dream point of our cruise. There we will take a Bicycle tour of the lakes, visit the Benedict monastery on a small island.

If you want to take a cruise only one way, we can visit the Elaphite Islands and the landing will be in Dubrovnik.

My philosophy is not only to rent a crewed yacht in Croatia to you. I would like to introduce to my guest’s unique experience in order to explore dream points on Croatian islands by comfortable cruising in a safe environment, tasting the best Dalmatian cuisine and wine. I know very well Croatian coast and fishermen on the islands and as a fisherman can bring the best fresh fish, lobster, and oysters on the board. My friends are the best Winemakers in Croatia: Mr. Andro Tomic from Hvar and Mr. Mato Matusko from Peljesac and in our wine Tour we will visit wineries and taste the best Mali plavac and Dingac. On our cruise after dinner at the most beautiful bays watching at dalmatian islands and crystal clear sea, I will take my guitar and sing for you Dalmatian and international songs.

Motor yacht Alte Veste is ocean going long range motor yacht built by Cheoy lee Hong Kong under Loyd register and has 100A1 class. It has Stabilisers, 63BRT, 60 ft LOA. Yacht has a lot of space in four cabins plus big salon of 38m2 and provides feel-good sensation everywhere especially in big master room size 15m2, as well as at long fly bridge size 14x5m2 with whirlpool bath in the middle. Yacht carry 8000lit of fuel, 5000lit of water, its fully loaded with solar system, two generators, air condition and give comfort and luxury staying out of ports and marinas in the beauty of bays and nature. Other than that, it has ocean led midnight blue underwater lights for night fun in the sea and atmosphere. Of course we have flat rate Wi-Fi on a board and IP TV with local TV stations for whole world and all sport channels like Arena, Eurosport, Sky …etc.
