快易通有限公司（「快易通」）作為「易通行」隧道費服務商，自 2025 年 5 月起已於全港所有政府收費隧道及青沙管制區實施「易通行」，快易通電子道路收費系統亦隨之而停止營運。因此，本公司將會於 2026 年 3 月 16 日退出儲值支付工具業務，並終止快易通 ETC 及 VGoPAY 電子錢包服務。
現時透過快易通 ETC 或 VGoPAY 繳付「易通行」隧道費及港珠澳大橋通行費之客戶，應盡快轉用其他自動付款方式。有關替代支付方式的詳情，請瀏覽 https://www.autotoll.com.hk/exitannouncement 了解更多。
如您的戶口內尚有餘額，請在2026年3月16日前，於指定網站(https://www.autotoll.com.hk/cancel)或書面提交表格辦理取消戶口及申請退款。詳情請瀏覽Autotoll Club網站。
As of May 2025, Autotoll Limited (“Autotoll”) has successfully implemented “HKeToll” across all Government tolled tunnels and the Tsing Sha Control Area in Hong Kong replacing Autotoll’s Electronic Toll Collection (“ETC”) system. Therefore Autotoll will exit the SVF business and terminate the Autotoll ETC and VGoPAY services on 16 March 2026.
Customers currently using Autotoll ETC and/or VGoPAY to settle HKeToll and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge tolls should promptly set up an alternative auto-payment method. Please visit https://www.autotoll.com.hk/exitannouncement for details on alternative payment means.
If you have remaining balances in your account(s), please submit the online form via the dedicated website (https://www.autotoll.com.hk/cancel) or a written form to cancel your account and apply for the refund of balance before 16 March 2026.
